365-DAY RETURN POLICY
We understand that when shopping online - there is always a risk that you may not like the product that you receive or it doesn't fit.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order for refund or exchange within 365 days.
Please contact us via email@example.com to complete your return and do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. We require a return number (RMA#) issued by our returns department.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds will not be granted if the following occurs:
- if the item is washed
- if the item is returned with an odor (i.e. cigarette smoke, detergent, perfume, etc.)
- if the item appears worn
- the item is returned damaged
We DO NOT issue refund for expedited shipping costs. In case you have chosen expedited shipping delivery and want to return the item, we refund you item price only.
If you purchase an item from us and decide the fit isn’t ideal, we can do an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first via firstname.lastname@example.org.
To complete your exchange, we require a return number (RMA#) issued by our returns department.
